In order to provide recognition of outstanding employees, an awards program “S.T.A.R.” has been implemented to recognize these employees on a monthly basis
Nominations will be held in two categories:
1st category purely related to sales "S"
SALES Target Achievement
2nd Category will relate to "T. A. R."
Teamwork among colleagues
Accountability in attendance, appearance, attitude and customer service
